Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Click the Customer Service Link above. Enter your tracking number you received when you confirmed your order and view the status.

Q: What is a material minimum?

A: Many of our products are slit to order and to justify the setup to a custom slit material a minimum of six inches is imposed for these types of speciality tapes.

Q: What does the status "ordered" mean?

A: Your order is being processed at this time and can take from 1 to 4 days to ship depending on what shipping method you selected. Our policy is to try and ship overnight shipping selections the same day unless it is past 12:00pm Eastern Time and then it will go the following day.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Can I get special pricing for larger quantities to be purchased?
